Wire forming is the process of applying mechanical force to shape, bend, coil or flatten a length of wire into a specific shape. These springs/shapes can be designed in almost any configuration to suit a wide range of projects, and we can manufacture our wire shapes from many different materials to ensure they have the necessary tensile strength without losing their elasticity.
With wire forming, the wire can be made into almost any form and shaped in almost any way: bent left or right, up or down, angled, coiled and cut. It can be linked together to form a chain or have other additional forms added to it.
The wire used for wire forming can be round, flat, hexagonal, square, oval, triangular, elliptical or D-shaped. It can be made of steel and stainless steel.
